I-DAY FAQ:
How many attendees are you expecting? Of this number, how many are expected to be agents?
Usually get about 600 people and usually about 2/3 of them are agents.
Would you be able to provide a list of attendees either before or after the event?
At this time, we do not provide this information; we highly encourage you to network and exchange business cards with the industry professionals that you meet.
What date/time is booth set up?
March 18th is booth set up day. Check Venue tab for more information.
How many exhibitor booths will there be?
We usually get 65-85 booths.
Do you have a current list of exhibitors you can send me?
We do not provide this information.
When do we get our booth number?
We assign booth numbers in early March.
Would we get to pick booth placement preference?
We assign priority for the best booths to sponsors first and then in order of registration date.
Would we be permitted to giveaway an unopened bottle of alcohol?
Yes! no problem.
