As the General Services Contractor for this event, TotalExpo, Inc. can help guide you with any questions you may have regarding what is included in your booth package, the set-up & dismantle schedule, and additional furniture options – all of which are explained in the exhibitor kit (link below.)

If you plan on placing an order for additional furniture or services, please note:

1. The discount rate deadline is Friday, March 1st, 2024 at 4:30pm pacific time. Orders placed, or payments submitted after this date will be processed at the regular rates.

2. The online ordering deadline is Friday, March 8th, 2024 at 4:30pm pacific time. The show code to place an online order at www.totalexpo.com is IDAY24. After this date, orders may be placed by email at [email protected] or by fax to (310) 320-4265.

Materials You Bring

For each booth space (not per person) exhibitors are allowed only one trip to bring in what they can carry in their hands or bring in on a (2) wheel small luggage type cart. See page 16 for information on Union Rules and Regulations for information.

Options for Bringing in Your Materials

1. Cartload Service: Please see page 7 for information on Cartload Service which is for small items brought in a personal vehicle, with a maximum weight of 200lbs per trip. All other materials will be billed at the regulary Material Handling and Drayage rates.

2. Material Handling and Drayage: Please see pages 8 and 9 for information on Material Handling Services. This service is for shipments to the advance warehouse or shipments sent direct to show site, as well as, items brought by exhibitors that don’t meet the Cartload Service criteria.
