I-DAY, March 13, 2019 – Pasadena, CA

  • Exhibitor fee includes the luncheon for two (2) company representatives. Additional luncheon tickets may be
    purchased for $80/ea.
  • Each booth will be furnished with:
    o One (1) six foot draped table
    o Two (2) chairs
    o (WiFi is available for an extra fee – TBD).
  • Exhibit booths will be eight (8) feet deep and ten (10) feet wide. The back wall will be eight (8) feet high, and the side rails will be three (3) feet high. All booth side rails and back wall will be draped in the color scheme selected for this show.

***EARLY BREAKDOWN OF BOOTH POLICY: We will be charging an “early breakdown fee of $100” if the exhibitor booth is broken down before 3:30pm PST. We will have committee members go through and do a floorplan check. If your booth is still up at 3:30pm; your $100 deposit will be refunded within 10 days. If you have broken down early, we will keep the $100 deposit.****

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE: The I-Day Committee will take reasonable precautions to safeguard exhibitors’ property; however, the I-Day Committee assumes no liability whatever for loss or damage, through any cause, of goods, exhibits or other materials owned, rented or leased by the Exhibitor. If insurance is desired, it must be placed by the Exhibitors. The exhibitor shall indemnify the I-Day Committee against, and hold it harmless from any complaints, suits, or liabilities resulting from negligence or the exhibitors in connection with the exhibitors’ use of the display space.

INABILITY TO PERFORM: If the I-Day Committee should be prevented from conducting the trade show by any cause beyond its control, or if it cannot permit the Exhibitor to occupy the booth space due to circumstances beyond its control, the I-Day Committee will refund to the Exhibitor the amount of the Exhibitor fee paid. The I¬-Day Committee shall have no further obligation or liability to the Exhibitor.

CANCELLATION OF EXHIBITOR BOOTH BEFORE 2/25/19 WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND MINUS A $50.00 SERVICE CHARGE.

CANCELLATION AFTER 2/25/19 WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES

Once notified, Jennifer will email you the appropriate invoice for prompt payment.  If we don’t receive your payment within 7 days, we will release your reserved booth space.
